WHO WE ARE
Advance Benin is a nonprofit founded in 2021 to provide educational opportunities for underprivileged children in Benin. What began with helping one girl, Kemi, attend school has grown into a multi-location effort supporting dozens of children.

Advance Benin empowers vulnerable children in Benin, especially girls and those at risk of trafficking by removing barriers to safe, quality education. Through community partnerships and ongoing student support, we help children access and remain in school, protecting them from exploitation and strengthening families and communities for the future.

At Advance Benin, supporting a child means more than paying school fees.
It means ensuring education is protected, monitored, and sustained, so children are not pushed into child labor, trafficking, or early marriage.
Below are the different ways you can support our work.
$100 — One Child, One Full School Year
$100 provides full support. Education, protection, and accountability.
This is our core and most impactful level of support.
Your $100 covers everything needed to support one child for an entire school year, including both direct education costs and the systems that keep children safe and in school.

HOW WE HELP
Our Programs
Advance Benin protects vulnerable children from trafficking, child labor, and early child marriage by giving them what every child deserves. A safe path to education and a chance at a better future.
We remove the barriers that keep children out of school by providing full scholarships, essential school supplies, and one-on-one academic support.
Through deep community engagement, we work directly with parents in rural villages to raise awareness, shift harmful traditions, and promote education as a powerful alternative to exploitation.
And with our long-term plan to build resource centers offering books, technology, and life-skills training, we are creating safe spaces where children can learn, thrive, and dream without fear.

WE PARTNER WITH COMMUNITIES
Local staff start by partnering with the community leaders to establish a relationship with the schools. Our aim is to enable children, with their families and communities, to build a better future for themselves.
YOUR MONEY AT WORK
Your donation provides essential school supplies as well as any documentation these children may need to enroll and attend their local school for one year. By donating, you are sharing love and giving hope through an educational opportunity to some of the poorest and most vulnerable children as identified by local leaders.

Vulnerable children are identified by local leaders. $250 provides school supplies and one meal per day during the school year for one of these vulnerable children. Your donation is a powerful way to share love and give hope by granting an educational opportunity.
AN ONGOING COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN
Your yearly donation goes directly to fill the primary educational needs of a child. It covers all necessary school supplies and allows them to attend advanced educational institutions. Advance Benin further maximizes the positive impact of your donation by organizing an annual awareness campaign to help fight misinformation.
